Who’s delivering these sessions?

Dr. Megan Hammel, ND
Owner & Founder | Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Meg Hammel is a Colorado-registered Naturopathic Doctor who has devoted her practice entirely to children’s health. She believes deeply in the body’s ability to heal itself and focuses on removing barriers—mental, physical, and environmental—to support that process. Her approach looks at the whole child, not just the diagnosis, with a special focus on pediatric mental health.
Dr. Meg’s background includes family medicine and pediatric specialties such as allergies, eczema, digestive issues, PANS/PANDAS, ADHD, and pediatric anxiety. A graduate with honors from the National University of Natural Medicine, she also serves on the Board of the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Dr. Abbie Foust, MD
Integrative Pediatrician
Dr. Abbie Foust is an Integrative Pediatrician from Denver who blends conventional and holistic medicine to help children thrive. With a medical degree from the University of Colorado and an Integrative Medicine Fellowship through the Andrew Weil Center, she combines evidence-based pediatrics with mind-body medicine, nutrition, and prevention.
Her care style is warm, playful, and compassionate—she values listening deeply and empowering families to create wellness together. In addition to her medical training, she’s also a kids’ yoga instructor and a mom of three who knows firsthand the balance of health, humor, and naps.
